What materials are used for shipping?

Fish are packaged in properly conditioned saltwater with perfect water chemistry in poly bags, depending on species and sizes all are double bagged and some use liner. Each bag is filled with oxygen for optimal conditions and secured by a professional bag sealing technology.  The water and airtight bags are then housed in Styrofoam coolers along with a heat or ice pack, as seasonal conditions dictate.

Are fish inspected before shipping?

Our fish are inspected thoroughly by our professional fish pullers, then hand picked. This allows us to ship out fish that are in healthy and good looking condition right to you!

When do we ship out?

Sunday – Thursday Via Airlines

Monday –  Thursday Via UPS 

What if shipping conditions are not right?

VERY IMPORTANT: If we deem that your order is not in excellent condition to ship out OR if there are weather concerns (Too Cold, Too Hot, Holiday Traffic, Etc.) we will contact and work with you to plan out the next course of action!

What should I do about DOA?

DOA Policy’s

We do not take responsibility for 5% or less on DOA, We take responsibility of 50% after that. But we often do help regular customers. We do not take responsibility for any Airline delays or mistakes. All claims must be filed by customer to the Airline. All DOA, we must have Pictures within 3 hours of arrival. After DOA is confirmed via email, to remind us please place DOA in notes on your next order.
